Privacy policy

The controller of your data is Universal Cores (tax ID [pendente de preenchimento]), at Perú, Lima. You can write to universalcoresmaster@gmail.com about any privacy matter.

We only process the data needed for the site to work and for the features you use:

• Account: username, nickname, email and password (stored as a hash; we never see it).
• Profile (optional): avatar, country, main game, bio and links to your socials.
• Content you publish: guides, builds, tier lists, votes and favorites.
• Sessions: session ID, IP address and browser, to keep you signed in and let you close sessions from your account.
• Server technical logs (IP, date and requested page), for security and operation of the service.

• Providing the service (your account, publishing, voting, favorites): performance of the contract you accept when signing up (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Security, abuse prevention and technical logs: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Personalized advertising, if you accept it: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Answering your messages: your consent when you write to us.

Account data and your content are kept while the account exists. If you delete it, they are erased immediately along with everything you published. Sessions expire on their own and technical logs are kept only as long as security requires.

We do not sell your data. The providers that host the site and database process it on our behalf under GDPR safeguards. If advertising is enabled, Google (AdSense) may use cookies to serve ads; some of its processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your public profile (nickname, avatar, bio and what you publish) is visible to anyone unless you turn the public profile off in your preferences. Your email is never shown unless you enable it.

You can access, rectify and erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability. Many of these you can do yourself from “My account” (edit your profile, delete your account). For the rest, write to universalcoresmaster@gmail.com.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.

You must be at least 14 years old to sign up, the minimum age in Spain to consent to the processing of your data.
