1The kit

The kit brings mobility with Bushwhack / Pounce and sustain with Primal Surge / Swipe.

  • Prowl — Passive. It works on its own: play around it.
  • [Q] Javelin Toss / Takedown — Basic ability. Part of your regular rotation.
  • [W] Bushwhack / Pounce — Basic ability — moves you and hits an area. Keep it to escape unless the kill is certain.
  • [E] Primal Surge / Swipe — Basic ability — heals. Time it for the enemy's burst, not for chip damage.
  • [R] Aspect Of The Cougar — Ultimate. Plan your fights around its cooldown.

2Skill order

Put a point in Aspect Of The Cougar at levels 6, 11 and 16. Between the basic abilities, max first the one that does most for your lane — usually your main damage or wave clear — and keep the utility one for last.

3Combos

Without hard crowd control in the kit, your damage depends on positioning: land your abilities when the enemy is committed to something else.

4Using your ultimate

Aspect Of The Cougar is the ability the enemy plays around. Use it where it changes the fight, and remember its cooldown: after using it, you're a smaller threat for a while.

Dicas

  • Use brush to your advantage! Moving in and out of brush can heavily alter your effectiveness in battle.
  • Start team fights by harassing with your Javelin Toss, and then switch to cougar form to chase down Hunted targets.
  • Bushwhack traps deal damage based on their victim's current Health. Set them up in your team's backline before fights break out during sieges to help your team deal damage to the enemy frontline.
  • Keep Bushwhack / Pounce out of your combo unless the kill is certain.
  • Use Primal Surge / Swipe reactively, when the enemy commits.
