1What you do
In Role Queue each team fields two damage heroes: you secure eliminations, pressure the enemy supports and turn the numbers advantage your tank creates into won fights.
2Your keys
Every ability with its default PC key:
- primary fire · Railgun: Rapid firing projectiles that generate energy on hit. High impact shot that consumes stored energy and pierces enemies.
- Shift · Power Slide · 7 s: Ground slide that can cancel into a high jump.
- E · Disruptor Shot · 15 s: Launch an energy burst that deals damage to enemies within it.
- Q · Overclock · ultimate: Railgun energy auto-charges for a short duration.
3Perks to start with
During each match you unlock a minor perk and, later, a major perk: one of two options each time. ★ marks this guide's pick.
- ★ Deceleration Field: Enemies hit by Disruptor Shot are slowed by 25%.
- Overcharged: Railgun's maximum energy is increased by 50 while Overclock is active.
- ★ Dual Thrusters: Power Slide gains an additional charge and its jump height shifts to lateral movement.
- Friction Generators: Power Slide generates up to 75 energy.
4Mistakes to avoid
- Trading shots with the enemy tank while the enemy backline goes untouched.
- Staying on an angle after it's been found and focused.

- Pick your angle before the fight starts: a second line of fire splits the enemy's attention.
- Focus the same target as your team; spread damage gets healed.
- Track the enemy supports' cooldowns and punish them when they're gone.
- Power Slide (Shift) moves you: if you spend it to engage, you won't have it to escape.
- Overclock (Q) is your ultimate: plan it with your team's ultimates instead of using it as soon as it's ready.
