Introdução

This guide is about playing Thrall aggressively. Aggressive bruiser play means winning your lane hard, taking the enemy's fort and forcing them to send two heroes to stop you. Your big moments are level 10, when you pick Sundering or Earthquake, and level 20, when the heroic gets its upgrade.

Pontos fortes

  • Strong gank potential around the map.
  • Crowd control: Feral Spirit applies a root.
  • Has escape tools, according to Blizzard's own hero tags.
  • Sustain from Frostwolf Resilience.

Pontos fracos

  • Mana-hungry: Blizzard flags its energy as important, so manage it early.
  • Relies on basic attacks: blinds and armor hurt its damage.
  • Every death while playing aggressively hands the tempo back to the enemy.

Estratégia

1When to fight

Your big moments are level 10, when you pick Sundering or Earthquake, and level 20, when the heroic gets its upgrade. Aggressive bruiser play means winning your lane hard, taking the enemy's fort and forcing them to send two heroes to stop you.

2Picking your targets

Pressure the enemy frontline, punish anyone who steps forward and use Feral Spirit to peel for your team. The best target is the one your team can reach and kill before the enemy answers, not always the most valuable one.

3Snowballing a lead

After a won fight, take map objectives and mercenary camps before anything else: that's what turns kills into a lead the enemy can't erase. Early, keep your lane, take a camp when you can and rotate to map objectives and mercenary camps in time.

4When to back off

Safe bruiser play means soaking without dying, clearing waves quickly and rotating only when the objective needs you. If your key abilities are on cooldown or the enemy is missing from the map, the aggressive play is to wait.

Dicas

  • Use Feral Spirit to start the fight, then commit your damage.
  • At level 10, pick the heroic that ends fights fastest: Sundering or Earthquake.
  • Track the enemy's key cooldowns and attack right after they use them.
  • Turn every kill into map objectives and mercenary camps: a kill without an objective is a wasted lead.
  • Push your lane before you roam so the aggression doesn't cost you resources.

Confrontos

Forte contra

  • Blizzard classifies Gall as a Ranged Assassin: once Thrall is on top of them, that distance stops mattering.

  • Blizzard classifies Genji as a Ranged Assassin: once Thrall is on top of them, that distance stops mattering.

  • Blizzard classifies Greymane as a Ranged Assassin: once Thrall is on top of them, that distance stops mattering.
