2Caduceus Blaster

- Stadium · Battle Medic: After swapping to Caduceus Blaster, gain 20% Attack Speed and gain 20% Weapon Lifesteal for 2s for every 1s you spent tethered, up to 20s.
- Stadium · Equivalent Exchange: You have 3 charges of Resurrect with 33% reduced cast time but their cooldowns no longer refresh. Dealing 750 Caduceus Blaster damage restores 1 charge.
