In Role Queue each team fields two supports: you keep your team alive, enable fights with your utility and add damage whenever your allies are safe.
2Your keys
Every ability with its default PC key:
- primary fire · Biotic Pawjectiles: Mid-range projectile spread that heals allies and damages enemies.
- secondary fire · Frenetic Flight: Accelerate in your movement direction. Fuel recovery is slower while carrying another player.
- Shift · Lifeline · 2 s: Toggle into transport mode, allowing an ally to be towed. Increases movement speed and heals your ally.
- E · Purr · 12 s: Pulsing area heal that increases in frequency over time. Knockback nearby enemies when activated.
- Q · Catnapper · ultimate: Dive towards a ground location, knocking down enemies and tethering the nearest one to you.

4Mistakes to avoid
- Wandering away from your team and getting picked alone.
- Using your key cooldown before the enemy commits theirs.

- Heal the ally that is about to die, not the one who is missing a little health.
- When no one needs healing, shoot: support damage wins fights too.
- Lifeline (Shift) heals: use it before an ally drops too low, not after.
