Use it into Blitzcrank, Pyke, Nautilus or a jungler who lives in your lane. Zhonya's comes second instead of fourth, Revitalize makes your shields stronger and Exhaust takes the damage out of whoever reaches you. You poke less, but you are alive to root the next one.
Black Shield is worth more than anything in this list; the items exist to make sure it is available again. Hold it for the engage you know is coming, not for the poke you can walk away from.
